The University of Jamestown men's cross country team competed in their first meet of the season on Saturday, the Randy Smith Invitational held in Glyndon, MN. The meet was hosted by Minnesota State University-Moorhead.

Daniel Kuntz (47th, 27:46) and Connor Doppler (48th, 27:51) were the top 2 runners for Jamestown, who finished 6th of 6 teams. The meet consisted of 4 NCAA DII schools and fellow NSAA conference member Valley City State.
