The head coach of Bismark HS and nationally ranked Jake Leingang, who believes "the great ones learn to run alone," discusses integrating great athletes like Jake into his team system, the aspects of Jake's leadership, and his effect on the team around him.  Dave also tells us how he manages the cold winter months and was able to transform a program that finished 8th at the North Dakota state championships his first year into the perennial powerhouse it is now.
