[Men's Track & Field] Jimmie Track Set for DAC ChampionshipsPublished by
The Jimmie men don't have the numbers, but do have a handful of potential conference champions. Andrew Stoen leads the DAC in the pole vault (14-7.25). Robert Nelson has had a sparkling season throwing for the Jimmies. He's seeded second in the discus (157-11) and fifth in the shot (48-1.75). Scott Roemmich has the third-best time in the 400 hurdles (55.71) and fourth in the 110 (15.37). Lyndon Schmidt is fourth in the 200 (21.99) and also contributes to the JC relays, which have been strong this spring. They have the No. 2 times in the 400 and 3200 and the third-best time in the 1600. Josh Ewalt already gobbled up eight points for the Jimmies at the DAC Decathlon April 25 in Dickinson. -Courtesy of Jamestown SunRead the full article at: www.JimmieAthletics.com
