Nathan Willer is headed back to nationals.

The University of Jamestown thrower spun the discus a career-best 156 feet, 11 inches to place first at the Northern State Open on Saturday in Aberdeen.

The Jamestown High School grad qualified last year as well. The NAIA outdoor track and field championships are set for May 21-23 in Gulf Shores, Ala.
