MADISON, S.D. – The North Star Athletic Association (NSAA) released its second edition of the Women's Outdoor Track & Field weekly honors, announced by the conference office Tuesday.  Jessica Meland of Valley City State (N.D.) was named Women's Outdoor Field Athlete-of-the-Week, while Samantha Goff of Jamestown (N.D.) was selected as Women's Outdoor Track Athlete-of-the-Week.
