The weather figures to be rotten today in Rapid City for the Dakota Athletic Conference meet.

If the Jimmie women can get a similar performance to what they did at the outdoor meet in February, they won't really care what Mother Nature brings.

The Jimmies piled 206.5 points to win the DAC indoor title a month-and-a-half ago in Spearfish, S.D. The field will be deeper and the conditions significantly worse in Rapid City, but coach Jim Clark expects a game effort from his team.

"We have had one of the best seasons I can remember and I think we are ready to perform well (Friday)," he said. "The DAC meet is the final meet of the season for about two-thirds of our team, so we would like to finish on a high note for them.
